Feeding the Hungry
There is no excuse for anyone to go hungry in America. Period. People with food insecurity are our neighbors, often living in painfully challenging circumstances. Life can be hard enough on a full stomach. This is what propels so many UMCPS people and friends to the church kitchen at varied times each week to prepare meals and to share community with friends who need a meal. We would love for you to join in with us.
Outside of serving meals, we also provide free clothing, free toiletries, and free books.
Pancake and Sausage Breakfast: Breakfast is available Sundays and Fridays from 7:00 am to 8:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast will be available in biodegradable to-go containers upon request.
Hot Lunch on Saturdays: Saturdays from 11:30am - 1:00pm in the Fellowship Hall a hot or cold lunch is available to-go for all who are hungry.
Hot Lunch on Monday and Tuesday: Every Monday and Tuesday the church hosts lunch from 10:30 am to 1 pm.
